What materials do you use to make your pouches?

With our standard cases, the front of our pouches are made of cushioned 3 mm neoprene. The back and flap on our pouches are built using nylon with an internal 1/8″ layer of foam. If you would like to design a case with different material, contact us.

Do you have a minimum/maximum purchase quantity?

No! You can order 1 case or 10,000! All of our products are custom made and we have a great team. We can usually work with our customers on a rollout for larger orders to meet their needs.

Can you rush my order?

Yes. Standard production time is 7-10 business days, but we offer shorter production times (as little as 1-3 days) for an additional fee. We also have several expedited shipping options. 

Do you offer discounts?

We offer 10% off if you purchase 100-200 cases. For orders of 200 custom cases or more, contact us for a quote.

Orders totaling at least $100 will ship free in the US. This offer DOES NOT APPLY for international shipments.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order is 100% refundable until it hits the production floor. Sometimes we begin production within an hour after the order has been placed. If you realize you selected the wrong device or gave us incorrect dimensions before your order has shipped, we can work with you to at least refund shipping costs. Contact us if you need to cancel your order.

Do you accept returns?

For cases or pouches ordered on the website, we will accept returns if we made a mistake, a product failed within warranty, or we didn’t meet our satisfaction guarantee. Click the links to read more about our 100% satisfaction guarantee and limited lifetime warranty terms.
